Streetlights going out at night

If you have been up and about between 1am and 4am you might have noticed that the street lights have gone out. This is due to a decision by Hampshire County Council to save money and reduce CO2 emissions.

There is a list of exemptions (busy roads, town centres etc) but none of them apply to us.
