Site Visit Report for 21st February 2017.

Ray Marsh of PLRA met Hannah Forrest of FirstPort at 9am.

No 1. W.P.G.

1. Tree to be trimmed back.

2. Bushes growing under eaves of garage. All of the bush to be removed.

No. 30 W.P.G.

1. Tree to be trimmed back. Resident would like tree removed. Hannah to find out if this is possible, ref rules regarding trees.

West Boundary (Fence) with Park Lane.

FirstPort to have a look at their maintenance sheet to find out if they are responsible for maintenance of the bank.

Next Visit

Have a look at gate to be put back (a new one may be needed) owing to bags of dog poo being left up there. 2 locks for gates.

Southern Water

Digging ditch:

1. Top ditch: FirstPort to pay for work owing to ditch being filled in by Redrow.

2. Bottom ditch: Southern Water to pay for work.

Because of these responsibilities FirstPort and Southern Water will have to be on site at the same time for part 1.
