AGM to be held Wednesday 28th Sept

Annual General Meeting of the Prices Lodge Residents Association – Wednesday 28 Sept 2016.

Venue - Harrison Road School.

Time 1900 for approx 1 hour.

We have two important questions in front of the AGM that will affect every resident on the Estate, and we urge you to come along and make your voice heard. Should we have stricter parking controls on the roads, and what should be done about the hedges around the landscaped area? See the Agenda below for details.

Please also consider volunteering to be either an officer or member of the committee. Finally any propositions from the floor have to be provided with a seconded proposition by the 7 Sept, e-mail address on website or post at No. 21 WPG.

We look forward to seeing you and hearing your views.

John Saunders (Chairperson)
